Marquee Accessories & Furniture Hire

Marquee accessories and furniture are an essential part of your event and we can help with all these elements.

Whatever your event, we can supply a wide range of furniture, staging and dance floors for hire to ensure we create a venue tailored to your requirements. All of our accessories are available to hire either within your marquee package or seperately. Our marquee furniture hire services are available throughout Berkshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Bristol.

Tables

Whether you prefer round tables or banquet style dining, we offer table hire with a wide range of sizes to suit your needs.

We have 5 different sizes of round tables for hire to accommodate groups of between 4-12 guests and make the difficult task of table planning that little bit easier. For larger groups or for a top table, we also hire a 10’ x 5’ oval table.

Our trestle tables are all 6’ long and are available in 3 different widths - 2'3", 2'6" and 3'. The 2'3" wide trestles are a 'traditional' trestle with woodenmarquee furniture hire slats and can be used with or without cloths. The 2'6" wide trestles are ideal for catering, bars and displays. The 3' wide trestles are perfect for banquet style dining and leave plenty of room for table displays.

Chairs

We have 5 different styles of chairs to hire to suit any theme and budget, from the classic and elegant Limewash Chaivari banqueting chair to a simple, country style wooden folding chair.

For outdoor use, you can hire a bistro chair or a wooden and aluminium patio chair.  

All of our chairs, with the exception of the wooden folding chair, bistro chair and patio chair, come with a choice of 5 different colours of seat pad to complement your colour scheme. We can provide seat pads in black, blue, green, burgundy and ivory. An ivory seat pad would cost an additional 25p per chair to maintain their high quality.

Bars and Chill Out Furniture

Our bars can be hired as either part of your marquee hire package or for separate bar hire.

We have two styles of bar available to hire:

  • Our wooden bar is available to hire in 5' sections and each unit is made up of a bar front, bar back and shelves.

  • Our LED bar is available to hire in 6' curved sections, and can be joined together to make a semi circle, round or oval bar. The LED bar can be set to one colour or colour changing to suit your theme.

We also hire high bar tables and bar stools to complete the bar area, and we can supply rattan sofas and coffee tables to create a chill out area.

Dance Floor & Stagestage dancefloor marquee accessory hire

For any party to go with the swing, you need a dance floor. Depending on the style of your event, we can hire a parquet dance floor or a black and white dance floor and can provide different sizes tailored to your guest numbers.

Our stage panels come in 8' x 4' sections and are 16" high, making it perfect for bands, presentations and speeches.

You can hire our dance floors and staging as part of your marquee hire package or for separate dance floor hire or stage hire. Both are suitable for indoor use only.

Generator Hire and Heater Hire

As well as supplying the fun elements of a party, we can also help with the practical side of things.

If you are holding your party in a field, or away from a building, you will definitely need a generator. If the marquee is to be located near a building, we may be able to take power from this, but be aware that the caterers and entertainers may require more power than is available.  

Our generators are specifically designed for events. Quietly but effectively generating sufficient power for most size events. 

Our generators can be hired as part of your marquee hire package or for separate generator hire.

With the British weather, you would need to consider a heater for events held between September through to May, or perhaps even in the 'summer'! Our heaters sit outside the marquee and are thermostatically controlled to ensure they are discreet and easy to control. They come fully fuelled with diesel so they are ready to go.

Table Hire

Whether you require table hire at your venue or tables for within your marquee, we stock a wide range of table sizes to suit your table plan.

Our round tables are available in 3', 4', 5', 5'6" and 6' diameter, therefore giving you flexibility to seat groups of 4 to 12 guests.  We can supply a combination of sizes allowing you to match your tables to your table plan and guest seating requirements.

Our trestle tables are 6' long and come in 3 different widths.  The 3' wide tables are perfect for banquet style dining, with more space to accommodate table decorations. The 2'6" wide tables are ideal for a top table, bars, buffets, displays and catering. The 2'3" wide tables are a 'traditional' style with wooden slats and wooden legs and can be used with or without cloths. 

Our oval table is 5' x 10' and makes a superb top table or creates a dining table for up to 14 guests.

Chair Hire

chair hireWe stock a wide range of dining chairs which are all maintained to the highest standard.

All chairs can be hired as part of the marquee package or for separate furniture hire.

Our commitment to quality includes having our own spray booth to spruce up furniture when required.  Except for the bistro and patio chairs, all our chairs are designed for indoor usage, must be kept dry at all times and cannot be placed directly on grass to ensure we can maintain our high quality standards.

We stock:-

  • Limewash chaivari chair with a choice of seat pad colour. 

  • Silver spindle back chair with a choice of seat pad colour.

  • Gilt spindle back chair with a choice of seat pad colour.

  • Wooden folding chair.

  • White bistro chair, this is our only chair that is suitable for outdoor use.

The seat pads are available in green, blue, burgundy, black or ivory (additional 25p per chair for ivory).

LED Drinks Bar for hire

In addition to supplying your dining tables and chairs, we hire bars, sofas and outdoor furniture. We can also provide generator hire to help you deal with the practical side of things.

Bars & Bar Tables

We have two different styles of bar available to hire:

  • Our wooden bar fits in perfectly with a more relaxed or traditional style event and complements a simple theme. It is available in 5’ sections made up of a bar front, bar back and shelves.

  • Our LED bar is brilliant for adding the ‘wow’ factor to any event and makes an impressive focal point. It can be set to any colour or to colour changing to reflect your colour scheme. Our LED bar is available to hire in 6’ curved sections and can be joined together to make a semicircle, oval or round bar.

We also hire high bar tables and bar stools to complete the look. The tables and stools are both aluminium and the stools have a black seat pad.

You can hire our bars for within your marquee or to be installed within your venue. Please note that our bars are not suitable for outdoor use.

Chill Out Furniture

Our rattan sofas and coffee tables are available to hire for all events and are great for creating a relaxed chill out area for your guests. The 3 seater sofas and tables are made out of a light coloured rattan; the sofas have ivory cushions and the tables have a glass top.

Please note that our rattan furniture is not designed for outdoor use and therefore must be placed indoors.

Outdoor Furniture

While most of our furniture is designed for indoor use only, we do offer outdoor furniture hire. Our patio furniture is made out of wood and aluminium and is perfect for garden parties or outdoor drinks receptions. As these tables and chairs are quite low to the ground we do not recommend them for dining.

Our plastic bistro chairs are also suitable for outdoor use and can be paired with our 3’ round white tables for outdoor dining. They complement casual events and work well with any budget.   

To provide cover during a summer event, we also hire 3m green canvas parasols. These come with a solid base.

Generator Hire

Whilst there are lots of fun aspects to planning an event, there are also a few practical issues that you will need to think about such as power supplies.

If your event is being held in a field, or far from a building, you will need to consider your power requirements. Our 80 KVA hushgen generators are designed specifically for events and are powerful enough to run your whole event without a problem, from the caterers’ and entertainers’ requirements right down to the lighting. They are encased in a soundproof housing to ensure they don’t disturb the party.

Dance Floor & Stage Hire

Dance Floor Hire

If you want to make sure that everyone comes together to dance the night away, hiring a dance floor is the best way to do this.

We hire two different styles of dance floor depending on the style of your event:

  • Our parquet dance floor is suitable for all events and is great for creating a more relaxed feel.

  • Our black and white dance floor is perfect for anyone who wants to make an impact.

Whether you are looking to hire a dance floor within your marquee hire package or for your venue, we can ensure that we provide the right size based on your guest numbers. If you are planning a ceilidh band, we recommend hiring a larger dance floor. 

Stage Hire

A stage provides a focal point within your venue – whether it is for a band, a presentation, speeches or anything else that needs to be raised up.

You can hire our stage either within your marquee hire package or for separate stage hire.
