Looking for inspiration for how to decorate your marquee? How about making the napkins into part of the table decoration.
Here at Richardson Marquees, we offer a wide range of marquees, along with all the accessories you'd expect, from furniture to generators and dancefloors to mobile toilets. In addition, our sister company can hire all the catering equipment you need. Clients are very welcome to visit our offices and showroom to take a look at the wide range of equipment we supply throughout Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
We do get the occasional request for something which is simply beyond the scope of what we provide ourselves, usually for flowers, bands, food and the like and we are happy to make recommendations for other local businesses who we've worked with in the past. However the table decorations at most events are something we rarely get involved with because they are so unique to each event. Be it a wedding, party or coprporate event we are happy to make suggestions and advise on how to match them to the theme and marquee decoration you've chosen, but if you are looking for something a bit different, we have a few ideas here on our blog. How about napkins? They can easily be matched to the colour scheme of your weddding or corporate colours and can even be folded as name place holders.
Whether you’ve arranged a marquee, a stately home or the local pub, it still holds true that the little details really help to make your party something special. Table decorations are a must so here are five creative ways to fold napkins that will have your guests amazed.
The bowtie napkin
Here’s a cute tutorial if you’re planning something with an outdoorsy theme. It’s also really easy to do so you could do it on the morning of your event as you’re setting everything up without much hassle at all. Perfect!
The pinwheel napkin
For something a little fancier, what about a pinwheel napkin? These look really fun, especially if you’ve got some lovely jazzy fabric. What a brilliant talking point for your guests as they sit down.
The Christmas tree
Ok, so Christmas is a long way off but if you’re one of those that plans your festive bashes well in advance, this is the tutorial for you. Plus you have plenty of time to practice your folding skills.
The rose napkin
An absolutely beautiful way of folding napkins that would suit any wedding or Valentine’s party. You’ll need two napkins, though, so if you’re trying to keep costs to a minimum perhaps this one isn’t for you.
The double roll napkin
What could be better than a napkin that serves as a name holder as well? What a great idea for a wedding. Match the colours of your napkins and name cards for a truly lovely and fully coordinated party.
