Typical Prices for Marquee Hire

Whether you are planning a marquee for your wedding, party or corporate event, it is always good to have an initial idea of the costings to help you begin your plans. Whilst every hire requirement is different, this page aims to provide an idea of marquee hire prices.

We design and build to your exact specifications to ensure we work with the space available (and your budget!) as effectively as possible to provide the look and feel you want for your event. This is the reason there is no 'marquee hire price list' and it's hard for us to give an exact price without creating a full quotation as everyone's requirements will be different.

Outline Marquee Hire Prices

The price of a marquee is determined by its size, location, internal features and the time of year of the event. One of the best things about having a marquee is that it's a blank canvas- it is always based on your guest numbers and style of event, and therefore you can choose which aspects you want to spend your budget on to make it really personal to you.

We do offer two different styles of marquee - a clearspan marquee and a Petal pole traditional style. To create a celebration venue we do recommend lining the clear span marquee, but the traditional marquee does not require lining and therefore the cost of the two styles is very similar. 

 As a rough estimate, you can expect the costs of hiring your marquee to be around the following amounts:

These prices include the marquee, lining in the clearspan marquees, carpet, lighting, furniture, dance floor and are inclusive of all installation costs, damage waiver and VAT.

 

 

 

 

If you require other items such as a catering marquee, generator and toilet trailer this would add around £1700 including damage waiver and VAT.

The prices detailed above are calculated based on an event held during the summer months; however we do offer a winter discount for events held between October and April, making the marquee hire price lower than the prices mentioned here.

These prices are intended as a guide only and the price of your marquee will vary depending on your requirements and the optional extras you add to your specification, for example the chair type you decide on, your lighting requirements and the kind of dance floor you choose. We understand that plans change and your specification can be amended at any time (subject to availability).

For every enquiry we produce a layout based on your requirements so you can picture how the space could be used. We create this together with an itemised quotation so you can see the exact breakdown of the costs and decide how the options can work within your budget. The layout shown here is an example for a wedding for 100 guests that uses the dance floor area as a wet weather drinks reception space.
