Whatever your event, we can supply a wide range of furniture, staging and dance floors for hire to ensure we create a venue tailored to your requirements. All of our accessories are available to hire either within your marquee package or seperately. Our marquee furniture hire services are available throughout Berkshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Bristol.
Whether you prefer round tables or banquet style dining, we offer table hire with a wide range of sizes to suit your needs.
We have 5 different sizes of round tables for hire to accommodate groups of between 4-12 guests and make the difficult task of table planning that little bit easier. For larger groups or for a top table, we also hire a 10’ x 5’ oval table.
Our trestle tables are all 6’ long and are available in 3 different widths - 2'3", 2'6" and 3'. The 2'3" wide trestles are a 'traditional' trestle with wooden slats and can be used with or without cloths. The 2'6" wide trestles are ideal for catering, bars and displays. The 3' wide trestles are perfect for banquet style dining and leave plenty of room for table displays.
We have 5 different styles of chairs to hire to suit any theme and budget, from the classic and elegant Limewash Chaivari banqueting chair to a simple, country style wooden folding chair.
For outdoor use, you can hire a bistro chair or a wooden and aluminium patio chair.
All of our chairs, with the exception of the wooden folding chair, bistro chair and patio chair, come with a choice of 5 different colours of seat pad to complement your colour scheme. We can provide seat pads in black, blue, green, burgundy and ivory. An ivory seat pad would cost an additional 25p per chair to maintain their high quality.
Our bars can be hired as either part of your marquee hire package or for separate bar hire.
We have two styles of bar available to hire:
Our wooden bar is available to hire in 5' sections and each unit is made up of a bar front, bar back and shelves.
Our LED bar is available to hire in 6' curved sections, and can be joined together to make a semi circle, round or oval bar. The LED bar can be set to one colour or colour changing to suit your theme.
We also hire high bar tables and bar stools to complete the bar area, and we can supply rattan sofas and coffee tables to create a chill out area.
For any party to go with the swing, you need a dance floor. Depending on the style of your event, we can hire a parquet dance floor or a black and white dance floor and can provide different sizes tailored to your guest numbers.
Our stage panels come in 8' x 4' sections and are 16" high, making it perfect for bands, presentations and speeches.
You can hire our dance floors and staging as part of your marquee hire package or for separate dance floor hire or stage hire. Both are suitable for indoor use only.
As well as supplying the fun elements of a party, we can also help with the practical side of things.
If you are holding your party in a field, or away from a building, you will definitely need a generator. If the marquee is to be located near a building, we may be able to take power from this, but be aware that the caterers and entertainers may require more power than is available.
Our generators are specifically designed for events. Quietly but effectively generating sufficient power for most size events.
Our generators can be hired as part of your marquee hire package or for separate generator hire.
With the British weather, you would need to consider a heater for events held between September through to May, or perhaps even in the 'summer'! Our heaters sit outside the marquee and are thermostatically controlled to ensure they are discreet and easy to control. They come fully fuelled with diesel so they are ready to go.
